What we did:
The Renord and Milan branch dealers entrusted us with the organization of the presentation event of the latest model, which had as its main objective the collection of leads and, in particular, the booking of a free test drive.
Create impactful and engaging engagement mechanics, in which the user is the real protagonist.
A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE
We have chosen CLUB HAUS 80'S MILANO as the location of the event, obtained from a former industrial space. A modern venue, stage for international DJs, considered a real point of reference in the world of disco music, in Italy and abroad. Thanks to his dense network of PR he managed to guarantee the presence of 1500 target people.
In the external spaces of the structure, users had the opportunity to enter the new Mégane and found a completely unusual area for a club: a PLAY ROOM, with vintage video games, pinball machines and table football. We also set up a RECHARGE STATION, thanks to which the participants were able to recharge their mobile device. Guests were also able to print their selfies on a Renault Mégane-branded Polaroid photo. However, it was necessary to share the shot on Instagram, with a dedicated hashtag. Finally, we offered a free wi-fi connection. All engagement activities were entrusted to staff with many years of experience in the promotion & events sector.
