Client:
Ferrarelle
What we did:
- E-Learning and video channel

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was to develop a branded e-learning channel, containing educational videos, intended for all Ferrarelle customers: restaurateurs and PDC managers who are already active on social media with their Facebook and Instagram accounts and who (also due to COVID-19) need to relaunch their business by increasing its online visibility.
In summary, we have managed to find an onlife solution, in which digital is able to solve a real, physical problem. In fact, we have imagined the vital, relational, social and communicative, work and economic dimension as the result of a continuous interaction between material and analogical reality and virtual and interactive reality.
A further example of how digital transformation is affecting even those sectors that were once considered traditional or far from the technological world. The new services, usable without limits of time and place, are designed according to sharing principles and inclusion of all stakeholders, focusing on the final recipient of the service. It is not just a question of technology, but above all of vision.
OBJECTIVE
The goal was to guide Ferrarelle's customers in the practical and strategic creation of personalized social content, in order to be able to maximize the results of their profiles in terms of community growth and awareness.

THE PROJECT
The project involved the conception, design and production of e-learning videos focused on the appropriate use of basic tools and activities for Facebook and Instagram social networks. The videos made constitute a collection of modules that can be consulted on the e-learning channel created specifically for the operation on the Vimeo Business uploading platform. The Ferrarelle channel is public, therefore visible to all users of the platform, but, to ensure exclusive content for its customers, the e-learning videos can only be accessed by entering a password.
Ferrarelle subsequently sent its customers the link of the Vimeo Business channel and a password, the insertion of which allowed individual users to log in, access the e-learning video playlist and enjoy the content.
